1.換熱站變頻器一開，壓力變送器就亂跳;

2.用變頻器控制供水當中，壓變作為采集壓力的信號，壓變受變頻器干擾;

3.當變頻器啟動電機時，壓變信號不穩，跳動厲害;

4.壓變(4-20mA)在變頻器啟動后亂跳，而附近的一體化熱電阻(4- 20mA)卻不受影響，信號線都沒有屏蔽;

出現這些現象，都是由于受到了變頻器的干擾。

為什么變頻器會產生干擾?

首先，大家應該知道變頻器是用來改變頻率的。變頻器包括整流電路和逆變電路，輸入的交流電經過整流電路和平波回路，轉換成直流電壓，再通過逆變器把直流電壓變換成不同寬度的脈沖電壓(稱為脈寬調制電壓，PWM)。用這個PWM電壓驅動電機，就可以起到調整電機力矩和速度的目的。
